Google User Data
Unodeskly accesses Google user data only after explicit user authorization. Google data is used solely to provide the Google features selected by the user and is never sold or used for advertising.
Google User Data Retention
- OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Google user data is retained only while the integration remains connected or as required to provide requested functionality.
- Only the minimum data required for enabled features is processed.
- Users may disconnect Google services at any time.
Google User Data Deletion
- Disconnecting a Google account permanently deletes stored OAuth tokens.
- Associated cached Google data is removed within a reasonable operational period.
- Users may request deletion of all Google-related data by emailing support@unodeskly.com.
- Once deleted, Unodeskly immediately stops accessing the connected Google account.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Unodeskly follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. We request only the minimum permissions necessary for the Google service the user explicitly enables.
